Hello February!
Hi, I hope everyone had a wonderful Holiday Season! The end of December and the beginning of January were very busy for the Mills household. With the kids out of school not a lot of crafting was going on, however the last few weeks I've been working on several new handiworks. I'm glad to see January come to a close, it seemed to last forever, and I'm excited for February as it means we are getting closer to spring!
The last few weeks I've been working on a new cross stitch pattern. Smile Snail is now available in my shop. I love this cute little snail, I can't help but smile at him. This pattern was fun to create. It is a quick and easy stitch that is perfect for a beginner but fun for a seasoned cross stitcher as well.
In my shop I finished a new sign, Live Life In Full Bloom. With the dreariness of January I wanted something with color and the feeling of spring so I created this sign. It measures 7.25 inches high and 17 inches long. This is the second sign I've used this color of green, grass hopper green, and I love how it looks with the embroidered pink flower. This sign is also available in my shop.

I'm very excited for my next new woodworking project, it's different from my usual signs. It won't have any embroidery or cross stitch and I'm trying new techniques. This new sign will be stained. I've never used wood stain before but I'm excited to give it a try.
I'm also working on a new spring cross stitch pattern. Sticking with the spring theme this new pattern will actually be 1 of 4 patterns that will feature the 4 seasons. My Hello Spring pattern will have all things wonderfully spring. I've created the pattern and I'm excited to get stitching. WIP photos will be coming soon for both projects.

I hope everyone has a wonderful February and a fabulous Valentine's Day! If you are looking for something crafty to do for Valentine's Day I do have a few cross stitch patterns in my shop! Until next time, keep crafting, creating and doing the things you love!
